If there is a defect or a technical issue with your watch, you may exchange or return your watch within 7 days of receiving it. Returns are subject to RoyalWrist.pk Return Merchandise Authorization.

Please note that “Change of mind” or “Disliking a watch” will not be accepted as a reason for return and exchange.

Your total refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping. Some RoyalWrist.pk watches may be considered special and have a limited return policy. To avoid rejection of returned watches or restocking costs, all purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if given), and packing materials must be in new condition.

Products are eligible for Return and Exchange if:

• Watch(es) are returned within 7 Days of receiving.
• Watch(es) are in new condition.
• Watch(es) are in their original packaging. Packaging must be undamaged.
• Watch(es) includes all packing material, manuals, and accessories (if provided).
• Shipped via insured ground service with a tracking number.
• Please note that:Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• RoyalWrist.pk is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Please note that in the event of a refund, a transaction fee of 5% will be deducted for purchases made through online payment methods or the point-of-sale system.
• Warranty card provided by Royal Wrist is mandatory to claim warranty.

The warranty does NOT cover:

• Bands, Straps, and bracelets.
• Battery.
• Glass.
• Exposed crystals and other embellishments.
• Damage (including water damage) as a result of accidents, poor care, and normal wear and tear.

Like new watches.

Please note that our like new watches are sourced from various overseas suppliers and may lack original packaging, enabling us to offer them at significantly discounted prices. While these watches are thoroughly inspected and in working condition, minor scratches and expired leather straps are possible. By purchasing from this category, you acknowledge and accept that exchange/return requests due to minor scratches will not be accepted and have a limitation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Exchange or refund will NOT be applicable if:

• You have changed your mind and decided you don’t want the goods.
• You find cheaper goods elsewhere.
• The person you gifted it to does not like it or want it.
• Find out the watch is too small or large. (Strap or dial size, etc)
• Discounts and promotions are not applicable on Exchange items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your watch must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Watch must also be in the original packaging. A restocking fee might be applicable in certain circumstances. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, please contact us on info@royalwrist.pk and we will do our best to help you out.

RoyalWrist.pk reserves the right to refuse any return if there are:

• Any signs of wear.
• Parts of the item are missing, including tags, manuals, bags, or other materials (if provided).
• Any damage to the watch or packaging.
